💌 Ordering & Personalisation
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your sweatshirt size and colour, then select the word you’d like embroidered (Mama, Dada, or a custom word). After checkout, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your baby clothes.
Can I choose a custom word or name?
Yes 🤍 You can personalise your sweatshirt with a short word or name (up to 7 letters) — perfect for Mama, Dada, Nana or something meaningful to you.— just add it in the “Appliqué Wording box" when ordering.
Can I include more than one baby’s clothes in a design?
Absolutely — if you’d like to include clothing from siblings, please mention it when ordering. We’ll make sure each piece is represented beautifully.
✨ Sending Your Baby Clothes
Where do I send my baby clothes?
Once your order is placed, we’ll email you the postal address and full instructions for sending your chosen clothes to our UK studio.
How many items of clothing should I send?
For most designs (like “MAMA” or “DADA”), please send 2–3 sleepsuits or equivalent pieces. If we need more or less, we’ll let you know.
Will I get my baby clothes back?
Yes 🤍 Any unused fabric will be safely returned with your finished sweatshirt.
🧶 Production & Delivery
How long will my order take?
As each keepsake is handmade to order, please allow 2–4 weeks for completion. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I get my order faster?
If you need your sweatshirt by a specific date (like a birthday or Christmas), please contact us before ordering — we’ll always do our best to help.
Where are the sweatshirts made?
All embroidery is done by hand in our UK studio, using high-quality materials and threads designed to last.
Where do you ship to?
Right now, we ship across the UK only. We hope to offer international delivery in the future as Lil and Loved grows — join our mailing list or follow us on Instagram for updates.

How should I wash my sweatshirt?
We recommend a cool, gentle machine wash and air dry to keep your keepsake looking its best. Avoid tumble drying.
Will the letters fray or come loose?
Each letter is securely embroidered and finished with a backing to ensure it stays strong and neat for years to come.
🎁 Gifting & Packaging
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes! We can ship directly to your recipient and include a handwritten note. Just leave your message in the notes at checkout.
Is gift packaging available?
All keepsakes arrive beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with a Lil and Loved thank-you card 🤍

Do you accept returns?
As each item is custom and made using your personal clothing, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s ever an issue, please get in touch — we’ll always make it right.
